name:
Mapping of human autoantibody binding sites on the calcium-sensing receptor.
description:
The epitope-sequence expressing phage was initially enriched by a serum sample from the single patient with autoimmune hypocalciuric hypercalcemia (AHH). Twelve patients also reacted in ELISA when a synthetic peptide corresponding to the identified epitope sequence was used. Serum samples of the AHH patient were also positive.
