name:
Cutaneous basophil hypersensitivity in contact-sensitized guinea pigs. I. Transfer with immune serum.
description:
Guinea pigs sensitized to the epitope responded to the epitope with hypersensitivity as detected by ear swelling measured at 24 hours. Histology staining showed an increase in basophils detected in the ears. Sensitization with epitope-KLH was somewhat less effective, as measured by ear swelling.
