Raised levels of IgG anti-cardiolipin antibodies (ACA) were found in 63 of 111 patients. Most of these (51/63) were low positive; 8/63 were intermediate, and 4/63 were high positive. The presence of elevated ACA were associated with thrombosis and fetal loss, but not thrombocytopenia.
