description:	Guinea pigs immunized with picryl chloride developed a sensitivity to picryl chloride beginning at 5 days after immunization, and persisting for at least 15 days. The animals also developed an Arthus reaction as of the 9th day to picryl chloride conjugated to guinea pig skin.
