name:
Contribution of asparagine residues to the stabilization of a proteinaceous antigen-antibody complex, HyHEL-10-hen egg white lysozyme.
description:
The interaction of epitope-specific HyHEL-10 Fv mutant LD92N with hen egg-white lysozyme (HEL) was analyzed by isothermal titration calorimetry, performed at four temperatures (25, 30, 35 and 40ºC). The mutation resulted in a small decrease in the binding constant compared to wild type HyHEL-10 Fv (KA = 8210 1/nM).
