name:
Structural consequences of mutations in interfacial Tyr residues of a protein antigen-antibody complex. The case of HyHEL-10-HEL.
description:
The interaction of epitope-specific HyHEL-10 Fv mutant HY53A with hen egg-white lysozyme (HEL) was analyzed by isothermal titration calorimetry, performed at four temperatures (25, 30, 35, and 40 C). The value is reported for 30 C at pH 7.2. The mutation resulted in a decrease in the binding constant compared to wild type HyHEL-10 Fv (KA = 4200 1/nM).
