Anticardiolipin antibodies during pregnancy.
description:
The presence of anti-cardiolipin antibodies was repeatedly absent from the patient's serum except during early pregnancy. The rapid appearance of these autoantibodies was observed postconception, and their complete disappearance was seen 3 days before spontaneous abortion. Antihuman v-chain or anti-u-chain antibodies were used for detection.
