description:	a1,3GT KO Mice rejecting or accommodating syngeneic wild type heart transplants were injected with epitope specific memory anti-Gal B cells. Recipient mice injected with PKM starting on day 7 post adoptive transfer were more likely to accept the transplant than those injected with PKM starting on day 1 post adoptive transfer, demonstrating the role of epitope specific antibodies in the accommodation of transplants.
