One of the patients showed high levels of epitope-specific IgG and borderline levels of IgM. The other paitent showed anti-epitope IgM was strongly positive, anti-epitope IgA was weakly positive, but no anti-epitope IgG was detected. The authors concluded that epitope-specific Ab appeared to be a risk factor for adrenal infarction.
