surface plasmon resonance (SPR)
|
| name: |
Antibodies raised against chlamydial lipopolysaccharide antigens reveal convergence in germline gene usage and differential epitope recognition.
|
| description: |
The solution affinity of S73-2 Fab for the epitope was determined by surface plasmon resonance using inhibition of Fab binding to immobilized Kdo(2->8)Kdo(2->4)Kdo-BSA. A similar value (KD = 300 nM) was determined for S73-2 Fab bound to immobilized epitope-BSA conjugate by SPR. Fab S73-2 also bound to the epitope-BSA conjugate by ELISA.
