description:	The patients after OHT showed significantly higher anticardiolipin antibodies (ACA) concentration compared with the control group. A statistically significant increase in ACA was observed after 2 years. ACA level in ischemic cardiomyopathy and nonischemic cardiomyopathy groups were also significantly higher after 2 years.
