| name: |
Characterization of a peptide vaccine candidate mimicking an oligosaccharide epitope of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and resultant immune responses and function.
|
| description: |
Anti-MAP peptide antibodies react with LOS; 12 out of 30 animals have at least a 4-fold increase in antibody levels from pre-immune sera. The reactivity is mostly mediated by IgG1 (IgG1: 67.9%, IgG2a 2.9%, IgG2b 15.0% and IgG3 14.2% in an analysis of 7 of 12 positive sera). IgM is also obtained.
