name:
Immunogenicity of peptides of measles virus origin and influence of adjuvants.
description:
Mice immunized with the epitope bound to two copies of a T cell peptide, with or without peptidoglycan made antibodies to the epitope. They also made antibodies to the full-length peptide of the combined epitope and the T peptide. Addition of peptidoglycan led to higher response. Other T cell peptides when combined with the epitope were not as effective in eliciting antibodies to the epitope in the absence of other adjuvants.
