description:	The epitope sequence is 93.3% homologous to ORF1a residues 236-252 of PRRSV strain Lelystad (gi: 18274444). The epitope sequence was selected from a phage display library using 3 or 4 rounds of selection with day 42 postinfection (42-dpi) swine serum. No IgA response was detected using the plaque-purified phage clone with 42-dpi sera in an ELISA.
