| name: |
Effect of adjuvant composition on immune response to a multiple antigen peptide (MAP) containing a protective epitope from Neisseria meningitidis class 1 porin.
|
| description: |
Additional adjuvants were used for immunization, including Quil A, calcium phosphate, alum, Freund's, Ribi, and a water-in-oil emulsion of pluronic-muramyl dipeptide-monophosphoryl lipid, but yielded higher dissociation rate constants for epitope-specific antibodies. Epitope coupled to T helper epitope from tetanus toxin in a multi-epitope construct was also recognized by antisera.
