description:	The critical residue was identified by binding to various strains of virus and recombinant virus with site mutations in ELISA and IFA. The mAb bound IBDV strain GLS, but not Belgium isolate, strains E/Del nor D78. Residues D323 and R330 had an indirect role for binding.
