name:
A peptide mimic of a protective epitope of respiratory syncytial virus selected from a combinatorial library induces virus-neutralizing antibodies and reduces viral load in vivo.
description:
Anti-sera to a MAP construct composed of 4 copies of the epitope bound RSV A2 by ELISA. A mAb to the epitope was able to inhibit the binding of the anti-sera to RSV. Similar results were seen with the administration of a MAP that also contained a T helper epitope from measles virus.
