Immunization with a MAP construct composed of 4 copies of the epitope protected mice from subsequent challenge with RSV A2 as seen by decreased viral titer in the lungs and reduced cellular infiltrates in lung tissue. Similar results were seen with the administration of a MAP that also contained a T helper epitope from measles virus.
