| name: |
Antigenic analysis of bean pod mottle virus using linear and cyclized synthetic peptides.

| description: |
Antisera to BPMV preparations with intact small subunit reacted with the epitope. Antisera to BPMV with cleaved small subunit did not react unless the epitope was conjugated to ovalbumin by the N-terminal residue. Cleavage of the small subunit removes residues 190-198. No reactivity to the epitope conjugated to ovalbumin by the C-terminal residue was observed.
