name:
Analysis of linear epitopes recognised by the primary human antibody response to a variable region of the attachment (G) protein of respiratory syncytial virus.
description:
Convalescent primary RSV infection sera from a total of 10 babies were reacted with a set of 42 9-mer peptides that was synthesized based on the naturally occurring variants of amino acids 250–258 the G protein of group A RSV isolates. Low reactivity to this 9-mer epitope was found in one infant.
