description:	The epitope sequence is also present in MOMP from Chlamydia trachomatis serovar B, D, E, and L1. The epitope sequence was deduced. The epitope of subspecies-specific mAb L21-5 was deduced by reactivity with overlapping phage clones from a library of the complete coding sequence of L2 MOMP.
