Mice immunized with the MAP-M2 consisting of 8 M2 peptides linked to a polylysine backbone generated MV-specific antibodies. While immunization of mice with all variations of the M2 peptide induced MV-specific IgG, the TTM2 and MAP-M2 formulations generated the highest titers.
