description:	The epitope is a cyclic disulfide peptide. The epitope was derived from cited reference by J.A. Camarero, et al (FEBS Lett. 1993 Aug 9 328(1-2):159-64. [PMID: 7688321]). Internal disulfide cyclization resulted in one to two orders of magnitude better recognition than to the linear peptide. The cyclic peptide was stabilized by the disulfide cyclization determined with CD and NMR structural analysis.
