name:
Analysis of linear epitopes recognised by the primary human antibody response to a variable region of the attachment (G) protein of respiratory syncytial virus.
description:
Acute and convalescent primary RSV infection sera from 5 babies, together with convalescent sera only from a further 5 babies, were reacted with the 51 12-mer peptides derived from the C-terminal 84 to 85 amino acids of two RSV isolates: RSB89-6256 and RSB89-6190. Convalescent sera reacted with this 12-mer epitope.
