Priming with the T helper epitope enhanced virus neutralizing antibody response. This enhancement was observed in BALB/c and swiss albino mice. In a separate assay, the T helper epitope was mixed with viral antigen as immunogen. While responses were improved in BALB/c mice, responses of Swiss mice worsened.
