description:	The epitope sequence is also found in Neisseria meningitidis strain MC50 (Group C, type NT, subtype 16 C:NT:P1.16). The optimal epitope recognized by subtype P1.16-specific mAbs MN5C11G and 62-D12 was determined through study of overlapping peptides. The minimal epitope sequence recognized by both mAbs was KDTNNN.
