Non-immunized natural human heavy chain CDR3 repertoires allow the isolation of high affinity peptides mimicking a human influenza hemagglutinin epitope.
|
| description: |
The epitope sequence corresponds to the CDR3 loop of the heavy chain of a non-immunized human IgM antibody. It was shown to mimic the HA1 peptide from Influenza A in its binding to a mouse mAb.
Affinity of the anti-HA mAb to the epitope was measured by ELISA and SPR, and the KD values obtained were 7.6 and 92 nM, respectively.
