The epitope sequence was deduced through study of overlapping peptides. The mAb A2.5 did not inhibit the formation of a functional SKPAC , measured by inhibition of SK binding to Glu-plasminogen. Binding by the epitope-specific mAb was inhibited by another epitope-specific mAb (9D10).
