name:
Peptide vaccine against canine parvovirus: identification of two neutralization subsites in the N terminus of VP2 and optimization of the amino acid sequence.
description:
The epitope specific antiserum was positive in a virus neutralization test, and recognized the virus in a direct binding ELISA. The antibody titers and neutralization values obtained were 1 order of magnitude higher for peptides linked via the N terminus to keyhole limpet hemocyanin than for those linked through the C terminus.
