| name: |
Immunogenicity of polymerizable synthetic peptides derived from a vaccine candidate against schistosomiasis: the asparaginyl endopeptidase (Sm32).
|
| description: |
The epitope inhibited antisera (2 of 3), raised to a pool of SM32 peptides including the epitope, from binding to SM32 on Western blots. Sera from 9 of 9 mice immunized with the peptide pool recognized the epitope on blots. The peptides were synthesized with Cys Gly added to the N-terminus and Gly Cys added to the C-terminus.
