description:	The phage-displayed epitope was selected from a 12-mer peptide library with Fab 57P, which recognizes the TMVP peptide 137-151 (GSYNRSSFESSSGLV). Nine positive clones could be aligned and had strong similarities to the TMVP sequence NRSSF, suggesting that this motif is the functional epitope.
