IgG reactive to CTL-directed epitopes of self-antigens is either lacking or unbalanced in atopic dermatitis patients.
|
| description: |
There were no significant differences in the serum levels or the positive rates of reactivity to the epitope between the group with atopic dermatitis versus the healthy subjects. The ratio of epitope-specific IgG1/IgG2 was significantly lower in the group with atopic dermatitis versus the healthy subjects. The ratio of epitope-specific IgG1/IgG4 was also lower in one atopic dermatitis serum sample versus that of a healthy subject.
