IgG reactive to CTL-directed epitopes of self-antigens is either lacking or unbalanced in atopic dermatitis patients.
|
| description: |
There were no significant differences in the serum levels or the positive rates of reactivity to the epitope between the group with atopic dermatitis versus the healthy subjects. Immobilized epitope absorbed the IgG reactivity to the epitope and the epitope-specific IgG was eluted from the immunoadsorbent. The ratio of epitope-specific IgG1/IgG2 was lower, but not significantly different, in the group with atopic dermatitis versus the healthy subjects.
