description:	Human serum IgG from Bet v 1 allergic patients bound to phage expressing the epitope. Reactivity to epitope Bet Bim 1-phages was abolished after treatment simulating physiological gastric and pancreatic digestion conditions. Human serum IgE did not react with the epitope.
