description:	This residue is located at the antigenic region Sb. MIce were infected intranasally with five LD50 of 1918 reconstituted virus. Doses of 200 μg (mAb 1I20) or 20 μg (mAb 1F1) administered 24 hs later provided significant protection, with no mortality and significantly reduced weight loss and virus titers in the lungs.
