Mice immunized with major allergen rKBG were screened for reactivity against 24 overlapping peptides spanning the length of the protein. The use of different adjuvants influenced the reactivity to rKBG peptides. CFA induced reactivity to domains 1 (residues 151-200) and 2 (residues 251-290), whereas dextran sulfate induced reactivity to only domain 1.
