The epitope sequence is found in Morgan et al (2000) [PMID: 11140686].
The epitope was able to compete for binding to plate-bound A beta 1-42. The highest anti-A beta 1-42 response was seen with A beta 1-15 and A beta 16-30 in aged dogs. Similar results were found in 2 year old dogs.
