| description: |
Epitope residues were calculated based on 4Å
atomic distance between the antigen and antibody as in [PDB: 1JTO], complex hel1 (chains A, L).
The structure of camelid antibody cAb-Lys3 complexed with hen egg white lysozyme, and crystallized in space group P212121, was determined. The structure contains two complexes, hel1 and hel2, in the asymmetric unit, which differ in relative orientation of antibody versus antigen. This assays refers to the complex hel2.
