description:
Serum of two baboons that received skin grafts showed greater antibody-mediated cytotoxicity to Gal-positive PBMC than to GalT knockout PBMC. Within the first week after transplant, the cytotoxicity was due to anti-Gal IgM as shown by loss of cytotoxicity with addition of DTT.
