description:	The main isotypes of plasma anti-peptide antibodies detected were IgG1 and IgG2b. There was no difference in the total IgG in the plasma of APP-Tg and non-Tg mice. There was no difference in anti-epitope levels in either the kidney or liver homogenates as compared to plasma levels.
