name:
Immunogenicity of CIGB-230, a therapeutic DNA vaccine preparation, in HCV-chronically infected individuals in a Phase I clinical trial.
description:
The peptide sequence was derived from the cited reference, Duenas-Carrera et al, J Pept Res. 58(3):22 (2001) [PMID: 11576328].
The epitope-specific responses were not different in the patients before or after the vaccination protocol. The responses were mainly of IgG type, and responses of IgM type were also detected in 2 of the patients, but no IgA responses were detected.
