Immunization with the Epi-Amyloid-beta vaccine induced a rapid and robust Ab response to the Amyloid-beta42. Affinity-purified anti-Amyloid-beta42 Ab from immunized mice efficiently blocked Amyloid-beta42 fibril formation. Pooled sera from immunized mice also recognized Amyloid-beta42 in ELISA.
