description:	The epitope-specific mAbs immunolabeled intracytoplasmic material in neurons in the cerebral and cerebellar cortex, as well as gray matter in the brains of AD subjects, individuals with Down syndrome, and normal subjects. Granular immunopositive material was found in neuronal perikarya, dendrites, and axons in cortical, hippocampal, and basal ganglia neurons in brain as well as in Purkinje cells in cerebellum.
