Epitope mapping was performed by IFA using a panel of site mutant recombinant HA proteins. The analysis of this epitope-specific mAb's reactivity to mutant HA reveals three non-continuous regions, designated site I (Ile116, Ile117, Trp122), site II (Glu126, Ser129) and Site III (Lys152, Asn155) likely contribute to the non-continuous conformational epitope for AVFluIgG03.
