HPV antibody status was available from 81 cases. Among 43 patients received IFN-alpha treatment, 11 showed reactivity to the epitope. Among 45 patients received the placebo, 12 showed reactivity to the epitope. Overall, adjuvant therapy with systemic IFN-alpha did not differ from placebo.
