description:	The epitope specific mAb recognized PLP in oligodendrocytes prepared from BALB/c mice. Cells were stained with the mAb every second day between post natal day 8 and 20, and on days 30 and 60. By the eighth post natal day, diffuse cytoplasmic staining of some of the oligodendrocytes could be detected. Surface staining was not detected until post natal days 12-14.
