| name: |
Identification of type-specific and cross-reactive neutralizing conformational epitopes on the major capsid protein of human papillomavirus type 31.
|
| description: |
The epitope-specific mAb recognized the native and denatured antigen in ELISA. The antigen was composed of intact or denatured L1/L2 proteins. The epitope-specific mAb recognized the wt and two mutated antigen in ELISA. The mutated HPV-16 VLPs contained an insertion of a 6 amino acid HBc sequence within the FG loop, either at postion 266/267 or 283/284.
