description:	IgE mAb anti-DNP and its specific antigen N-epsilon-2,4-dinitrophenyl-L-lysine were attached to the surfaces of different polystyrene microspheres trapped by optical tweezers, and the K_off rates were measured. When only a single, nontethered bond could be formed during an adhesion event, the decay rate was 1.6 s-1, in the case of multiple bonds, the decay rate was 1.05 s-1.
