description:	BDF1 spleen cells from in vivo TNP-KLH primed mice produced anti-TNP IgM antibodies. Spleen cells from KLH primed mice cultured in vitro with TNP-KLH also produced anti-TNP IgM antibodies, which was augmented by including IL-10, but not IL-2, IL-4, or IL-5 in the in vitro culture.
