name:
The influence of hapten density on the assay of penicilloylated proteins in fluids.
description:
Various amounts of epitope (1 to 46 haptens per molecule) bound to HSA were able to compete for binding to 125I-ampicilloylated HSA. Optimal inhibition was achieved at a density of Benzylpenicilloy bound to HSA of over 40 haptens per HSA.
